In general, when you want to learn something like how to lose a stone in a month (or pretty much anything vaguely weight loss related) you get one of two things.
The first is useless information like eat healthier and exercise more. I mean sure this will work over months to years but you’re not going to see results in weeks with advice like that. And why make it harder than you need to?
The second is probably even worse.
The ‘fly by night’ DVDs, pills, drops and piles of exercise equipment which make all sorts of crazy promises and they do it all just to sell you the next bit of rubbish they come out with next week. Sometimes I think they’re just having a laugh at our expense. Trying to see what ridiculous rubbish they can get us to buy.
I mean do they have some bet to see who can sell the stupidest thing to people like us?
But it’s being going on for ages and we keep buying this rubbish over and over again. And when I started putting this site together my friend JT even asked what kind of rubbish I was going to put on it – because that’s what people do.
But I thought I’d buck the trend a bit.
Give you something you can actually use to lose a stone in a month. Time after time. And keep it off.
Without working out 10 hours a day in a gym. Without buying overpriced diet food and other rubbish and while still enjoying the foods you actually enjoy.
